Keith Dugdale and David Lambert, the founders of IOWEU developed the highly-regarded ‘Better Buyer Relationships’ (BBR) workshop that has now been delivered to thousands of participants in multiple countries, languages and industries by a team of 100+ facilitators around the world.

David and Keith are also co-authors of ‘Smarter Selling’ (Financial Times Prentice- Hall, Second Edition 2011), a bestselling book on relationship selling.

BBR has been enhanced by Related Vision to include Relationship Capital and is offered as the Engage Program.

Today, Keith is the Principal The Business of Trust and David the Principal of IOWEU International.
